The Litigation Practice focuses on prosecuting actions on behalf of individuals and companies as plaintiffs in civil litigation, including complex class actions, in a wide range of legal fields from anti-trust, securities, consumer rights & protection, insurance litigation (including long-term care insurance coverage disputes), product liability including pharmaceutical and medical devices, employment and labor including ERISA (benefits recovery) and FLSA (overtime and other pay issues), personal privacy, trade secret & intellectual property, toxic torts and lead poisoning, personal injury and wrongful death.

The attorneys and professionals in the Environmental Health & Safety Practice (EHS) focus on EHS legal and technical services. They perform multi-media EHS audits, design, implement and oversee EHS management systems, compliance counseling and CHS training for the Firm's corporate clients. They defend against enforcement actions and citations, direct and participate in environmentally sensitive transactions, environmental compliance counseling, environmental auditing, administrative enforcement matters, permitting and licensing concerns, remediation and superfund issues.
