Jeff's EHS practice includes comprehensive environmental audits, general environmental compliance counseling, Superfund litigation, toxic tort litigation, and commercial and general litigation.

Jeff has more than ten years of experience conducting multi-media environmental audits. He has audited a wide variety of facilities involved in numerous production processes including automobile and auto parts manufacturing, battery production, vehicle assembly, foundries, stamping facilities, wire assembly and production, detergent production, soap production and vegetable oil processing facilities.

Jeff earned three degrees from Indiana University: a Bachelor of Arts in Biology in 1988, a Master of Science in Environmental Science in 1994, and a Juris Doctor in 1994. He is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio and the United States District Court for the Southern and Northern Districts of Ohio. Jeff is a member of the American Bar Association, Section on Natural Resources and the Environment, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Cincinnati Bar Association, Environmental Law Committee.
