Joe is a Safety Manager with over 10 years of environmental health and safety experience.

He has managed EH&S compliance for companies in various manufacturing environments. He has completed ISO 14001 Lead Auditor training and has implemented and managed several ISO 14001 systems. Joe has also conducted multi-media EH&S compliance audits throughout the country as well as internationally.

Joe has expertise in developing comprehensive health and safety compliance programs that include written program development and implementation, inspections, training, and compliance auditing. He also has extensive experience in developing and managing behavior-based safety processes.

In addition to health and safety program development, Joe also has experience in injury/illness trend analysis and developing appropriate preventive and corrective actions to reduce injury and illness rates as well as reducing worker's compensation costs.

Joe earned a Master of Science degree in Safety Management from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Safety from Murray State University.
