Bailey v. Citibank - Goldenberg, Schneider & Groh filed suit on behalf of all Citibank customers who were required to pay fees to Citibank after their home equity line of credit was suspended at a zero balance. The Complaint alleges that Citibank refused to release the liens it held on its customers' properties even though there was no debt for the lien to protect, and imposed improper charges related to the line of credit. The case is pending in Federal District Court.
