A Cincinnati-based law Firm, Murdock Goldenberg Schneider & Groh, LPA ("MGSG") is seeking highly motivated individuals interested and experienced in advancing their environmental, health and safety (EH&S) auditing and compliance management careers.

Applicants need not have a law degree. However, the individual must possess a strong technical background and a thorough understanding of all EHS regulatory programs including air pollution control, hazardous waste management, water, wastewater and stormwater management, USTs, CFCs, SARA, PCBs, SPCC, DOT, and OSHA 29 CFR 1910 standards.

Individuals also must have participated in at least twenty-five (25) comprehensive multimedia environmental compliance audits within the last three (3) years.

Candidates also must possess:

• A strong work ethic, entraprenurial attitude and a desire to excel
• The ability to organize, manage, oversee and support other employees on high-profile projects
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Experience with various computer software programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• A willingness to travel extensively (50 to 75 percent travel)
